How is a ballistic helmet made?

Jonas Olesen October 18, 2024

Ballistic helmets are made by layering fibers in a mold and pressing them together to form a strong, protective shell. After the helmet takes shape, accessories like pads, chin straps, and rails are added for comfort and functionality. Read more about the manufacturing process.

Can a ballistic helmet really stop a bullet?

Jonas Olesen October 14, 2024

Yes, it can. We have conducted rigorous testing procedures to ensure that our products provide maximum protection for your head. Our helmets offer greater protection than the standard NIJ standard 0106.01, as they are tested against .44 Magnum, .357 SIG and 9 mm FMJ, with an extremely low back face deformation. Furthermore they offer a fragmentation protection of 660 m/s according to STANAG 2920.
