1 When you’re placing an order
1.1 Once you have placed an order at Protectiongroupdenmark.com, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation/invoice is sent to you via email in connection with the shipment of the order, and also contains the items you have ordered.
2.1 All prices are in Euro and include 25% VAT and card fees. Prices are subject to tax changes, price and proofreading errors, etc.
3.1 Payment for ordered goods can be made online using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron. This information is transmitted in encrypted form between the client and the Protectiongroupdenmark.com webshop.
3.2 When using a debit card the corresponding amount will be deducted the same day as your package is sent out.
- Shipping and delivery
4.1 Expected delivery time is 1-3 working days in Denmark and 3-7 days for the rest of Europe. Unless you have made an advance booking, where the delivery will be detailed in the description of your item. Ordered products are by default sent together. Shipping is added to the price. Shipping costs are 7 euro per package. If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, you can write an email to jonas@Protectiongroup.dk
4.2 The Protectiongroupdenmark.com Web Shop is only responsible for the goods until you have received them. We deliver to; The united states, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Greece, The Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Great Britain, Sweden, Germany, Hungary and Austria.
- Right of withdrawal/return
5.1 Protectiongroupdenmark.com offers according to the Consumer Contracts Act § 17 a 14-day return on items. Received goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity. Return/right of withdrawal is valid from the time when you received the goods.
All Business to business is according to the danish consumer contract or the international CISG. There is no returns B2B.
It is possible to return goods at our head office (Holger Danskes Vej 5C, 8960 Randers sø, Denmark) if you bring/enclose your invoice from Protectiongroupdenmark.com Web shop.
5.2 Goods can also be returned directly to Protectiongroupdenmark.com Web shop. Upon cancellation, you must pay the cost of shipping to Protectiongroupdenmark.com Web shop. What you have paid for the goods is refunded to you when Protectiongroupdenmark.com shop has received your returned item. When using the right of cancellation/return there will be a reversal of electronic money. When an electronic back transfer is being made it can take up to 5 days before the reception of the money.

6.1 In accordance with the purchase act, you as a consumer is granted a 24-month warranty on all products. For products with a limited lifetime warranty, your warranty is however limited to the shelf life that is normal for concerned product. If you discover a defect in a purchased item, you must as soon as possible and within a reasonable time contact Protectiongroupdenmark.com shop and explain the fault or defect. The Protectiongroupdenmark.com Web Shop will then handle your claim. If the product has a defect or some damage, Protectiongroupdenmark.com will seek to remedy this, or alternatively make a new delivery.
We have a limited warranty on our products, which means that our warranty does not cover products that have been subject to abuse, damage, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse of the product or unauthorized sale, service or repair of the product. If the product is purchased through one of our retailers, the same rules apply.
Warranty on ballistic materials
All our ballistic products are guaranteed to be without defects for a period of 5-10 years, depending on the product from the date of purchase.
If your product should be damaged, it must be returned immediately to Protection Group Danmark so that we can repair the damage. If the damage has not been done through abuse or improper maintenance (This will be determined by PGD), your product will be replaced free of charge.
If the damage occurred due to abuse, damage, improper use, improper maintenance, product misuse or unauthorized sales, this will be at the buyer's own expense.
If modifications are made or the product is damaged as described above, the purchased product is no longer guaranteed.
Warranty on textiles
A 2-year warranty is provided on all textiles (carriers, helmet cover, gloves, etc.) from the date you purchase the product. If there is an injury due to abuse, damage, improper use, improper maintenance, product misuse or unauthorized sales, no warranty is provided.
There is 3 months warranty on B2B purchases.
6.2 Any dispute between the business and the customer is subject to Danish law.

7.1 Protectiongroupdenmark.com Web shop takes reservations for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold out products and force majeure, including labor conflict and defects or delays in deliveries from suppliers.

8.1 Protectiongroupdenmark.com Web Shop may at any time change these terms and conditions and will endeavour to notify you of substantial changes per email or at least via a message on the website.
