Don’t worry. Your order is not canceled. But the money is only reserved for x amount of days when you do the purchase. Once we ship out the order, the money will be withdrawn from your account. The payment seems just as it should on our end, and we will proceed as planned.

You will have to pay for the shipping from your location back to us yourself.

We offer a 14-day return on items. Received goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity. Return/right of withdrawal is valid from the time when you received the goods.

We will cover the shipping back to you again, if you want to exchange for another product.

No, we only offer standard shipping. Many products often require export papers anyway. Products that don’t require any documents, we ship rather quickly within a few days.

Our shipping prices are structured to provide clear and fair costs based on your location. For deliveries within Denmark, the cost is 39 DKK, including Danish VAT. For international deliveries, the shipping price is 20 EUR plus the applicable local VAT for the destination country. These rates ensure that we can offer reliable and efficient delivery services no matter where you are located.

Payment for ordered goods can be made online using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Paypal and Klarna. This information is transmitted in encrypted form between the client and the Protectiongroupdenmark.com webshop. 

When using a debit card the corresponding amount will be deducted the same day as your package is sent out.

We will provide you with updates at key stages, such as when the order is confirmed, and if you need information about export papers. We will send you tracking information when the order is shipped that allows you to monitor your order.
