PGD U-line level 3++ is made as a Stand Alone (SA) and designed in multi curve. You can choose between ESAPI cut or the ergonomic shooters cut, which means that your arms can move freely.

Excellent ballistic features

This shooters cut ballistic plate stops impacts from 7.62×51 M80, 7.62×39 MSC (AK47) and 5.56×45 mm (M855 / SS109), of which the latter (M855 / SS109) can not penetrate our ceramic plates, making them better than steel and 100% PE plates, as M855/SS109/M193 can penetrates these.

Benefits of this hard armor plate

The PGD U-line level 3++ is designed to function as a standalone plate, eliminating the need for soft armor. Its multicurved design ensures a comfortable fit by contouring naturally to the chest and abdomen, providing both effective protection and enhanced wearability.

 

  • PGD active ceramic area
    The PGD active ceramic area also provides FULL edge-to-edge ceramic, which protects against edge shots throughout the visible area of ​​the plate.

    Plates without edge-to-edge instead have a hard edge of foam, which reduces the protection area of ​​the plate by up to 30%.
  • Designed for extreme environments
    To protect the plate from impact, we have applied a thin layer of foam all the way around the plate.

    The hard armor plate is made with our heat sealed water-resistant cover, which keeps water, oil and other liquids away from the plate without damaging the ballistic properties.
Shooter's cut

If you want you can choose our PGD U-line level 3++ in standard size with a shooter’s cut.

A shooter’s cut features angled, cut-out sections at the top corners of the plate. These cut-outs are designed to allow greater range of motion for the wearer’s arms and shoulders, making it easier to shoulder a rifle or weapon without interference from the armor. The shooter’s cut provides optimal protection to the torso while enhancing the wearer’s mobility and comfort, particularly during tactical situations or combat where precise arm movement is critical.
